Buddle Findlay senior associate, Jane Maltby, has been included in the NZ Lawyer Rising Stars list for 2024. This group of bright young stars are 35 or under and have demonstrated leadership in the legal profession.
Jane is a member of the Wellington commercial litigation and insolvency team and specialises in commercial and public law litigation. Jane acts for public and private sector clients on a wide range of advisory and contentious matters, including judicial review actions, contract and tort claims, shareholder disputes, financial services claims, insolvency, and applications for interim relief.
