Adamantem Capital

We advised Adamantem Capital on its acquisition of retirement village and aged care operator Heritage Lifecare.

Sixth Street

We advised Sixth Street on its acquisition of a cornerstone stake in NZX and ASX-listed Pushpay Holdings and Sixth Street's subsequent participation in a consortium which made a successful take-private bid for Pushpay Holdings.

Pencarrow Private Equity

We advised the shareholder group, including major shareholder Pencarrow Private Equity, on the sale of all of the shares in Mix Global Holdings Limited, which produces and supplies personal care products including under the 'Essano' brand.

Pencarrow Private Equity

We advised Pencarrow Private Equity on its acquisition of New Zealand’s largest specialist provider of flooring and window furnishings, The Interiors Group, from Allegro Funds.

Affinity Equity Partners

We advised Affinity Equity Partners on New Zealand aspects of its acquisition of Nine Live (which includes the Ticketek business) from Nine Entertainment Co.

Pencarrow Private Equity

We advised Pencarrow Private Equity on the separation and individual sales of the three distinct divisions of its Umbrellar (formerly Digiweb) domain name registry and cloud hosting business.
