We give advice on significant IT procurement and implementation projects

We act on some of the largest and most complex IT procurement and implementation projects in New Zealand, across both the private and public sectors. We are experts on waterfall and agile methodologies (and hybrid approaches).

We have worked with clients investing significantly in IT and digital services and hardware, and with businesses delivering IT systems and solutions to the market. Clients include several early-stage and high growth technology companies.

We are a key provider on the All-of-Government panel for legal services — working closely with several government agencies and local authorities on their most critical IT projects.

We provide valuable insights into market trends and best practice

Our experience working with both IT suppliers and customers means we understand both parties' needs. Our unique perspective allows us to provide valuable insights into market trends and best practice, to help our clients succeed.
