Buddle Findlay partner, Simon Jensen, is the winner of the 2016 Client Choice Award for the Banking category in New Zealand. With only one winner for each of the 11 categories in New Zealand, Simon has exclusively been awarded this honour.
The awards recognise partners who stand apart for excellent client care and the quality of their service. The criteria for the awards focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. Research is based on surveys of in-house counsel who are asked to rate individual lawyers and law firms on these client service criteria: quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology.
This year there were 383 winners from 68 jurisdictions, chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.
