Wet & Forget is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of outdoor and indoor household cleaning products. The business is well known in the New Zealand market and has a significant and growing footprint in the US, UK and Australia.
The Buddle Findlay team was led by partner Paul Farrugia and included special counsel Paul Appleyard and senior solicitor Seamus Barnett. The Direct Capital team were represented by Cathryn Barber, Liam Scott and Emerald Johnstone, from Chapman Tripp.
