Buddle Findlay is pleased to have acted for ANZ Bank New Zealand in connection with funding the 50% partnership with Better Health by Tend Health Networks. Tend co-CEO, James Robinson says the partnership with Better Health, who operates 14 medical centres throughout the South Island, is "a big step towards our goal to give Kiwis seamless and complete healthcare online or in person, wherever they are."
The Buddle Findlay team was led by partner Daniel Collins and included special counsel Benjamin Sutton and law clerk Bridget Alexander. While the Tend team were represented by Mike Alexander alongside Nicola Carpenter, from Heimsath Alexander.
