Buddle Findlay is pleased to have acted for the lenders to Tourism Holdings (THL) in relation to their merger with Apollo Tourism and Leisure (Apollo).
The merger of THL and Australian based RV operator Apollo, with a now combined fleet of over 6,500 vehicles, makes it the world's largest commercial RV rental company. While THL had already been the largest provider of RVs for rent and sale in Australasia, the merger provides greater geographical spread also in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe.
Partner Daniel Collins commented: "We are delighted to have partnered with Westpac and ANZ in helping deliver this strategic transaction for Tourism Holdings."
The Buddle Findlay team was led by partner Daniel Collins, and included senior associate Danielle Brittain and solicitor Natasha Perree. THL was advised by Kate Lane and Sam Gunson of Minters.
