Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised Westpac on the project financing of Maungaturoto Solar Farm project. The project is being developed by Solar Bay and will be located near Maungaturoto in Northland - adding approximately 21MW of energy capacity in support of New Zealand’s clean energy transition and target of net-zero emissions by 2050.
The Buddle Findlay team was led by Peter Owles and Daniel Collins, and included Ed McGimpsey and William Hunnam. Anderson Lloyd, led by Anton Trixl and Geoff Busch, advised Solar Bay.
