Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised Contact Energy on its $225m issuance of green capital bonds to New Zealand retail and institutional investors.
The bonds are New Zealand's first certified green capital bonds and have been quoted on the NZX Debt Market, marking Contact Energy's return to the public hybrid debt market.
