Buddle Findlay recently advised Eqwal Group on its acquisition of TASKA Prosthetics, a global leader in the field of waterproof, multi-articulating, myoelectric prosthetic hands.
The integration of TASKA into the Eqwal network strengthens the group’s technological product range, thereby consolidating its position in the global upper limb prosthetics market. TASKA perfectly aligns with Eqwal’s mission to provide innovative products that offer significant benefits to patients through high-tech devices.
The Buddle Findlay team advised Eqwal on all legal aspects of the acquisition and was led by a team comprising partners David Thomson and Nick Bragg, and senior solicitor Emily Davidson.
