Buddle Findlay are pleased to have worked alongside Bank of New Zealand on the project financing of the Mt Cardrona Station Resort wastewater treatment plant and associated infrastructure in Cardrona Valley. The new state of the art wastewater treatment plant will replace aging infrastructure in the area and provide capacity for growth in the Cardrona Valley.
The Buddle Findlay team was led by Peter Owles, and included Daniel Collins, Bassam Maghzal and Joshua Ioelu, who worked closely alongside Robert Huse at Anderson Lloyd acting for Mt Cardrona Station and its special purpose subsidiary Cardrona Valley Wastewater.
