Buddle Findlay is pleased to have worked alongside Tanarra Credit Partners in connection with the private credit fund’s most recent acquisition financing transaction in New Zealand.
Tanarra Credit Partners have partnered with Infrawork to fund the buyout and recapitalisation of Extrastaff, a labour hire specialist servicing the Infrastructure and Construction sectors. The transaction provides Infrawork with a long established asset and core debt and working capital to enable its continued strong growth.
The Buddle Findlay team was led by Paul Farrugia, and included Daniel Collins and Amman Bulchandani. AK Christie Corporate Finance and Vince & Rice advised Infrawork.
