The firm's three new partners are:
Daniel Collins. Daniel specialises in banking and finance and has extensive experience working in New Zealand, the Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Daniel regularly advises on a broad range of domestic and cross border financing transactions from front end structuring and implementation right through to back-end refinancing solutions, restructuring and insolvency. Based in Auckland, he recently advised senior lenders to Southern Cross Cables. |

Renee Stiles. Renee specialises in information and communication technology, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, payments, procurement and outsourcing in the financial sector. Renee advised Infratil and Brookfield on their $3.4b acquisition of Vodafone New Zealand. Renee is a member of Buddle Findlay's Wellington corporate and commercial team. |

Julia Gabrielle. Julia specialises in general commercial and corporate law, banking and finance and commercial and residential property. She frequently advises on commercial property acquisitions, leasing, financing (including refinancing, commercial and private lending) and corporate and private structuring. As a member of the Christchurch office, Julia has recently been involved in numerous commercial property acquisitions and advised on associated development funding and leasing arrangements in the post earthquake Christchurch property market. |
