Buddle Findlay is delighted to be recognised in the 2024 Champions for Change Impact Report. This report, released by Champions for Change, is New Zealand's most significant and extensive diversity, equity and inclusion impact report to date. The report analysed data over a seven-year period including 62 Champions for Change organisations. Buddle Findlay is a support partner of Champions for Change.
Buddle Findlay has been recognised in the seven-year summary as a Power Changer. It is one of six organisations that has completely closed their power gaps, bringing their board, executive leadership and management levels into gender balance. Buddle Findlay has 66% female representation on our board, and 60% of our senior leadership team are women.
