Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised the lenders in connection with the unitranche financing made available to Fisher Funds to acquire Kiwi Wealth from Kiwi Group Holdings.
Fisher Funds is a leading funds management business in New Zealand, and through the acquisition of Kiwi Wealth, means it becomes New Zealand's largest specialist wealth management provider – with more than 270,000 members.
The team advising the lenders was led by partner Daniel Collins, and includes special counsel Benjamin Sutton and solicitor Natasha Perree. Fisher Funds was advised by Bevan Peachey of RMV and Kerry Brew of Antipodes Capital.
