Buddle Findlay advised Rabobank as lender and sustainability coordinator in relation to the green term loan facility provided to NZ Carbon Farming Group - the largest provider of carbon credits in Australasia.
The green loan is Rabobank's first green loan in New Zealand and has been made available to NZ Carbon Farming Group for the acquisition of land and the establishment of forestry for the purposes of sequestration of atmospheric carbon - “carbon sinks”.
