A consortium comprising Infratil Limited (Infratil) and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (Brookfield) today announced it had executed a conditional agreement to acquire Vodafone New Zealand from Vodafone Group Plc for an enterprise value of NZ$3.4b.
Buddle Findlay partners Simon Vodanovich, Nick Bragg, Allan Yeoman, Sarah McEwan and Steve Nightingale advised Infratil and Brookfield, while Bell Gully, led by partners Anna Buchly and James Gibson advised Vodafone Plc.
