Buddle Findlay partner Sherridan Cook spoke at the most recent Conferenz Employment Law Update about the challenges of normal, holiday and discretionary pay.
During this 30 minute presentation, Sherridan discusses a few different lockdown employment cases and the outcome of these, 'normal pay' in abnormal circumstances, how to calculate holiday pay and sick leave, as well as the gig economy and commission based pay.
