Hamish Selby is a member of our Auckland corporate and commercial team. He specialises in intellectual property and has over 17 years' experience advising clients in New Zealand, Australia and internationally in this field. Hamish advises on the identification, development, protection, registration, use, commercialisation, enforcement and management of intellectual property rights and portfolios, including trade marks, registered designs, copyright, patents and domain names.
Peter Niven is a member of our Wellington litigation team and specialises in litigation, insolvency and credit recovery. He advises both private and public sector clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters. Peter acts on a range of litigation assignments including contractual disputes, rental arbitrations, negligence and professional negligence, insurance, judicial review, and insolvency.
