This internationally recognised course is a testament to Shaun's commitment to mastering the core knowledge and skills essential for conducting impartial workplace investigations.
The comprehensive curriculum of the AWI certificate program encompassed a wide range of subjects, including bias, planning, legal frameworks, evidence handling, credibility assessment, ethical considerations, and post-investigation processes. Core skills covered during the course included interviewing techniques, analytical methods, and report writing.
Workplace investigations play a pivotal role in addressing allegations of misconduct or serious misconduct, which may involve bullying, harassment, theft, breaches of health and safety, and other serious issues. Shaun's accomplishment underscores the importance of having skilled external investigators who can navigate complex cases with independence and objectivity, ensuring fairness and integrity in the investigative process.
