Alex specialises in commercial contracting with a focus on technology, privacy and data protection and intellectual property. Her experience includes advising on complex technology procurements and outsourcing (for both the private and public sectors).
Alex has in-depth experience advising on IT and software development, outsourcing, IT licensing arrangements, terms of trade, supply and distribution arrangements, procurement, sponsorship arrangements, IP exploitation and licensing, litigation funding, consumer law, privacy breaches, website terms and conditions, and privacy policies. She has particular expertise in cross-border data protection issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
Alex also has experience advising on international corporate disposals and acquisitions, demergers and corporate reorganisations.
