Profile
Amy specialises in corporate and commercial law with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, restructuring, corporate governance and commercial contracting.
Amy is experienced in cross-border M&A, and acts for private equity investors, sovereign wealth and investment funds and large listed companies in this area including Adamantem Capital, Public Sector Pension Investment Board, Goldman Sachs Asian Special Situations and The Growth Fund (formerly Archer Capital Growth Funds). Amy is also experienced in preparing applications to the Overseas Investment Office (OIO) in connection with such M&A deals.
Amy has broad experience advising early-stage, high-growth companies, including in relation to capital raising, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracting, and has also acted for investors in such companies.
Amy has a BA/LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
