Andrew Morris

Andrew specialises in banking and finance and has a broad range of experience across domestic and international financing transactions, with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance.

Andrew acts for banks, debt funds and borrowers and has additional expertise in corporate finance, syndicated lending and property finance.

Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Andrew spent several years at international firms in London, as well as time as a civil litigator in New Zealand.
