Cerridwen specialises in resource management and Māori law.  She advises on a range of resource management matters, including resource consent applications, planning processes and enforcement.

Cerridwen has particular expertise in Treaty of Waitangi settlements and litigation and matters under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 and Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993.  Cerridwen has appeared for clients in a range of fora including Environment Court facilitated mediations, Council hearings, the High Court, Boards of Inquiry and the Waitangi Tribunal.
