Profile
Damien specialises in technology, media and telecommunications and general commercial law. Damien has particular expertise in advising Government clients on their most significant projects, including all elements of the procurement process, contract drafting and negotiation, and multi-agency agreements. Damien also specialises in advising clients on the use of modern technologies and processes, including areas such as data protection and the legal aspects of ICT security, and the use of agile project methodologies.

on the procurement process to replace the software platform used for calculating and publishing key statistics, which includes the Consumer Price Index and Labour Cost Index. We produced the draft contract released with the tender and led the negotiation and drafting of the final contract with the successful supplier
