Delia specialises in financial services, payments and settlement systems. Her experience includes advising New Zealand's payments governance body on a broad range of legal issues including compliance and corporate governance, as well as on the continuous development of the payments rules for the New Zealand market.
She has experience drafting a range of commercial documents including director certificates, shareholder and director resolutions, and company constitutions, as well as advising a broad range of financial institutions and financial industry bodies on regulatory change, compliance, and enforcement matters in relation to prudential regulation (including the Deposit Takers Act 2023, the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003).
