Emily regularly advises on competition law compliance matters and acts for clients engaging with the Commerce Commission. She also has experience in providing consumer law advice, including under the Fair Trading Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act, and the Gambling Act.
Emily's public law experience includes assisting public sector clients with regulatory reform, legislative drafting, and administrative law matters. She also advises on Official Information Act and Privacy Act issues.
Emily provides overseas investment advice and assists with all elements related to the consent process under the Overseas Investment Act, across a wide range of transaction types.
