Jacey specialises in commercial litigation and insolvency. She has acted for private and public sector clients on a range of matters including contractual claims, debt recovery, negligence, lease disputes, breach of confidentiality, product liability and misrepresentations.
Jacey has prior experience exercising quasi-judicial decision-making powers at the Court of Appeal. She also investigated and assisted in multiple prosecutions of directors following finance company collapses.
