Jack specialises in environmental and resource management law, and has provided advice to range of clients on environmental, resource management and infrastructure matters.
Jack has worked on a range of issues under the Resource Management Act 1991, Public Works Act 1981, Local Government Acts among others. Jack has acted for a number of clients including local authorities, crown entities and private clients on a variety of topics.
Jack also has experience providing advice in relation to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, on both licensing and policy matters.
