Profile

Jane specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. 

She advises private and public clients on a broad range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, administrative law actions, civil proceedings, corporate disputes, accident compensation, cross-border actions, interim relief and insolvency.  She has experience conducting all forms of dispute resolution (including mediation, arbitration and litigation), and has appeared as counsel in New Zealand's Supreme, High, District, Employment, Family and Coroners Courts.

Prior to re-joining Buddle Findlay in 2020, Jane worked in London for an international disputes-only firm, specialising in commercial litigation.
