Manahi specialises in resource management, environmental, Māori and commercial property law.  He assists on a wide range of matters including, Māori land issues, consenting of infrastructure projects, local government plan changes, marine and coastal issues, leasing (both commercial and retail) and property acquisitions and disposals.
