Profile
Matthew has extensive experience in insolvency, debt restructuring and security enforcement transactions, and syndicated and bilateral secured financing transactions with a particular focus on property development finance and ETS carbon forestry finance transactions.
He advises receivers, administrators, liquidators and lenders on insolvency and security realisation transactions. He also advises domestic and international banks and corporate borrowers on bilateral and multi-lateral facilities (syndicated and club arrangements) including advice on restructuring and implementing finance arrangements in relation to carbon forests and the ETS.
