Michael specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising public and private sector clients on contractual, regulatory, privacy and procurement-related matters.
Michael has particular experience in the health sector. In addition to drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, he advises on medico-legal issues, health sector regulation, privacy law and the management of investigations by regulators including the Health and Disability Commissioner. Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Michael practised at a specialist medico-legal firm.
