Nick specialises in corporate and commercial law with considerable experience across a broad range of mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers and schemes of arrangement), corporate structuring and restructuring arrangements, capital markets and securities transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
He has significant experience with cross-border transactions, having previously been involved in a number of large-scale international financings effected using a variety of corporate and financing structures.
Nick rejoined Buddle Findlay after spending several years working in international law firms in Tokyo and New York and the in-house legal team at one of New Zealand's largest banks.
