Rowan specialises in a range of issues in civil and commercial litigation. She has expertise in credit recovery and insolvency, leasing and property development issues, together with contentious contract and trust disputes. Rowan also has experience in local government issues, and in the Farm Debt Mediation Scheme.
In addition to appearing in the District and High Courts, Rowan has assisted with appeals conducted in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.
