Sarah specialises in corporate and commercial law with a broad range of experience in capital markets and securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Sarah worked as a transaction director in the capital markets and loan execution team of one of New Zealand's largest banks. Sarah has also spent several years working at another large New Zealand law firm and in both private practice and in-house roles in London.
