Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised Bank of New Zealand as lender in relation to an acquisition and working capital facility provided to the NZ Carbon Farming Group - the largest provider of carbon credits in Australasia.
The facility will part fund the acquisition of marginal farmland for conversion to forestry, together with planting and infrastructure costs.
