Buddle Findlay is pleased to have advised Australian private equity firm The Growth Fund and other shareholders on the sale of the Plan B Group to ASX-listed Atturra Limited, through its subsidiary Cirrus Networks Holdings Pty Ltd.
Plan B is a leading provider of managed network, connectivity and cloud services and operates a national network of five data centres across New Zealand, serving more than 1,000 customers in Australia and New Zealand. Atturra is a technology consulting firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
