Benjamin specialises in corporate and commercial law. He advises clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, restructuring, corporate governance, commercial contracting and cross-border matters. He works with clients in various industries including FMCG, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture and rural services, forestry and manufacturing.
Benjamin regularly provides advice on company and limited partnership structuring, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, distribution agreements, research and development arrangements and various other commercial arrangements.
Prior to joining Buddle Findlay, Benjamin worked for a London based UK firm, Charles Russell Speechlys LLP.
